South America (Part 11)
Another early wake up, and a morning stroll along the picturess Copacabana beach this is followed by free time which is consumed by shopping, sun baking and even a scratch match of beach volleyball.
After lunch we depart for our one and only hockey game in Brazil, and what a way to finish our hockey commitments – two wins the girls victorious 5-2 and without doubt the highlight was the performance of Amanda McDonald in goals. I have never seen a gaolie unable to stand up due to a fit of laughter. The boys performed strongly to record a 4-2 win after being down 2-1 mid way through the second half.
